Mexican spaghetti squash casserole with chopped turkey, black beans, corn and cheese. Simple to prepare, low in carbohydrates and the remains are incredibly good!
For this recipe, I mixed cooked turkey with cooked spaghetti squash, raw peppers, corn, peppers, black beans, spices and cheese.
To make sure it is not too much soup, I also added 2 eggs. This really helps the pan to settle (especially when it cools).
